Bin El Ouidan Dam is a dam constructed between 1949 and 1953 with the aim of counteracting drought by irrigating hectares of fertile land in this area, and the aim has completely been fulfilled. Another reason why this gigantic barrage was built is the production of energy.

The different landscapes of the area are wonderful. On a trip, you can enjoy the beauty of the blue large lake, have a boat trip or even practise your favourite water sport. The green forest also is a joy to behold, go along the river until you reach the Ahansal Gorge where you will see steep rocky cliffs and the eye-grabbing valley with the river flowing through it. Bin El Ouidan is the place where you can see a great deal of scenery at the same time.
