Pastilla
Pastilla (or Bastilla) is a Moroccan traditional dish, considered to be as important as Couscous and Tajin, though they are more known, more usual and more customary.
It is a special dish which is usually made on occasions. As other dishes, Bastila is not a prestige for Moroccan families, but everybody can enjoy it as it’s served in restaurants, and with different flavors, meat, chicken, fish... with sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on it.
