Agadir
Agadir is one of Morocco’s main cities, situated in the west, on the Atlantic Ocean shore. The city is about 230 km southwest of Marrakech and 170 km south of Essaouira. Most people living there speak Berber language.
Agadir is known for its warm summers and mild winters, and it is said to be the second most visited city in Morocco after Marrakesh.
What strongly indicates the touristic weight of Agadir is its beach, for the latter is listed among Morocco’s best beaches, in which you can have a quiet sunny bath, ride a horse along the beach, practice your favorite sea sports, or even relax at one of the many deluxe restaurants lined along the coast. Also, there’s a great deal of parks, among them, the ‘’Garden of Olhao’’, or ‘’Lovers Garden’’ as some call it. It’s a romantic place to enjoy the beautiful nature. Another place to never miss is ‘’The Valley Of Birds’’ a zoo consisting of several species of birds like: parrots, flamencos… and some other animals: llamas, goats…
