Dades Gorge & Valley
Dades Gorge is a gorge in near Boumalen, in the high Atlas Mountains. In a warm day, it’s right up your alley to have a rest there and cool off, enjoying the stunning scenery of the gorge. As you drive towards Boumalen, you pass through a wonderful ravine which leads directly to a winding road, from which you see the long valley of Dades. Along the green valley, there are a lot of Berber villages, and many Kasbahs.
Before you reach the center of Boumalen, and whilst driving along the valley, you catch sight of trees of different species, fields, old structures and mountains of strange shapes.
